Nach bereits 2 Bandscheibenoperationen (LW4/5) hatte ich Ende Januar erneut einen Bandscheibenvorfall hoehe LW 4/5 mit Ausstrahlung rechtes Bein. Wahnsinns Schmerzen, niemand konnte helfen.

Hoechste Medikation – kein Erfolg. Schmerzkatheter, Aufenthalt in einer Schmerzklink fuer 2 Wochen, keine wirkliche Besserung. Viele Aerzte, viele verscheidene Meinungen, letzendlich wurde eine erneute OP mit Wirbelversteifung angestrebt.

Dann stellte ein guter Freund den Kontakt zu Tammy her. Schon nach weningen Sitzungen erste Erfolge, Schmerzmittel konnte ich sofort absetzen. Die Schmerzen wurden stueck fuer stueck leichter, somit konnte ich eine neue OP vermeiden.

Allgemein geht es mir wieder viel besser, Kein Vergleich zu vorher. Mein Fussheber reagiert wieder merklich. Durch Meditation und Uebungen, Disziplin und Vertrauen verbessert sich mein Zustand merklich.

Translation to English

After already 2 intervertebral disc operations (LW4 / 5) I had again a herniated disc high LW 4/5 at the end of January with radiation right leg. Insane pain, nobody could help.

Highest medication – no success. Pain catheter, stay in a pain clinic for 2 weeks, no real improvement. Many physicians, many different opinions, finally, a new operation with vertebral stiffening was sought.

Then a good friend made contact with Tammy. After only a few sessions first successes. I was able to stop painkillers immediately. The pain eased greatly, so I could avoid a new surgery.

Generally I feel much better again, no comparison to before. My foot lift (dorsal flexor) reacts noticeably again (it had been lame). Through meditation and practice, discipline and confidence, my condition improves noticeably.
